I would say she sat with me a good 10 minutes, discussing my history and asking questions. Then she asked again about what pressure I wanted. You meet with the doctor every week for an adjustment, the nutritionist once a week, workout with a trainer twice a week, and see their massage therapist once a month. After insurance it was a manageable price. I didn't commit myself to eating healthy so I didn't loose a lot of weight (just 14) but I consider my progress a huge success. Just last week I helped my husband move a large couch down a flight of stairs, spent three hours raking underbrush from our bushes, carried three cubic yards of soil from my driveway where it was delivered into my raised beds, then went on vacation were I was sitting in a car for 13 hours in one day.
