As this was the first time we were meeting Dr Dan, I didn't know what to expect but reassured myself that if I didn't feel comfortable, I would not have her adjusted on the day of the appointment. Any worries were so unnecessary as he was exactly what we needed at the time. Having a practitioner that is so in tune, so caring and genuine was a contrast to what I had experienced throughout the pregnancy. I felt so comfortable with Dr Dan as did my daughter. You meet with the doctor every week for an adjustment, the nutritionist once a week, workout with a trainer twice a week, and see their massage therapist once a month. After insurance it was a manageable price. I didn't commit myself to eating healthy so I didn't loose a lot of weight (just 14) but I consider my progress a huge success. Just last week I helped my husband move a large couch down a flight of stairs, spent three hours raking underbrush from our bushes, carried three cubic yards of soil from my driveway where it was delivered into my raised beds, then went on vacation were I was sitting in a car for 13 hours in one day.
