I have been treated at other Chiropractic clinics, and they were a joke just like the VA Chiropractic clinic. This is no joke, but reality. The VA has turned down my authorization for care here, and alot of other VETS, because of their asinine ideas. I come here on my own now through my personal insurance as I know I get the care I need. The adjustments to my neck and back helps me make it through rough times. Combined with the deep tissue massage helps me dramaticlly. I have been to other chiropractor offices prior, incuding the VA and they are a joke. I will continue with the care at Doxey, as they go out of their way to help everyone in need.

Today 11/02/2022. I had a physical with my regular doctor…read more Doing the blood work and going over my medical history. I realized that seeing Dr. Burke on a regular basis has helped resolve a lot of my medical issues. I longer have issues with fibromyalgia, migraines, ibs. All of my blood work has come back with everything being within the normal range. Dr Burke in one of his classes suggested that having a thyroid test that you ask for a more in depth thyroid test instead of the standard thyroid test. That one is also normal. I am 61 years old and I don't feel like I am 61. I having been seeing Dr. Burke for about 4 years now. I believe what Dr. Burke says the body is designed to heal itself. If everything is aligned properly the body functions as it has been designed to function. One very happy patient!

Went to Doxey Family. Chiropractic , the chiropractor was great my adjustment went well , billing…read morenot so much . My first visit I payed out of pocket $50.00 I didn't have my updated insurance card with me (not an issue), the second visit I had my update insurance card. They entered My info to see what my insurance covered . When I inquired what my insurance covered , they told me that they could not tell, that they Would need to bill my insurance and then the insurance will tell them after . I should have been suspicious from then . When the bill came back for 340 out of pocket . If I had payed out of pocket from the start it would be $ 50 first visit 40 for the other 4 hrs plus 45 for 1 massage= total 255 What was actually billed insurance paid 150 + out of pocket 340 = 445. When I called discussed this with Doxey Family about the billing they nonchalantly said " well next time when you visit we can switch your billing to Out-pocket only since it would be cheaper" I replied with I'm not going back and paid the billed . Just be aware of your billing with Doxey family . Not going back!
