Let me start off by saying they can not try to collect a bill after 5 years. The 5 year mark is apparently getting close so she is harassing as many people as she can (look at the reviews!) before this time frame is up. I went to Dr. Huber's office in 2016. I was told they were in network with Cigna and that I had met my Out of pocket max. She treated me for one full month, while continuing to keep my mind at ease stating my insurance was covering my bill in full. I asked at the end of each treatment and Dr. Huber personally and her receptionist insisted I owed nothing. Then I get an email stating my balance is $651 a few months later, I called the office and no answer. After that, I did not hear from them. I assumed they billed my insurance and all was taken care of. Now, after YEARS of not hearing anything, I receive a threatening letter of impending legal action against me for a $1200 balance. Much different balance than the $651, sounds like fraud... I called Cigna and they never even received a claim from this office!!! So its the patients fault because they cant get it together, submit claims or run their own office. Don't take insurance if you can not bill it properly! I highly discourage anyone from being seen at this office. You will get a bill later and then be blamed for their mistakes. read more

I was having horrible back issues for months and nothing seemed to work. I came and bought a package for acupuncture and it was the best decision I've ever made. It took about 6-7 visit till I really noticed a huge difference but I went from struggling to get out of the car and being mobile to having almost fully 100% recovered. Bad, I mean really bad! I got a Groupon to try and was encouraged when I got there- seemed to be a lot of traffic in and out. I had to wait 40 minutes past my appt time, the massage therapist was sick and breathing all over me. She complained multiple times during my massage about being tired and worn out. My massage was great. No issues there, but I bought a groupon for them, and on the day of my massage, my car was dead. Had to cancel and was charged a $35 fee. Strike one. When my massage was over, they asked me into a room and tried to sell me some acupuncture program. Wtf? Why now? You're telling me you're gonna stick a pin in my ear that I keep there for $xxx. Dollars. No one is going to snap buy that. Strike two. Then as I was tipping my masseuse, another sales pitch for a repeat massage only good for thrift now. Strike three. read more

I had a terrific massage experience several times. After about six visits there was a change in the front desk operation. It quickly became apparent that the service had changed. The original manager okay'd a transaction, then the new person didn't honor it. Obviously Dr. Huber wasn't interested in keeping me as a faithful patient because she didn't step in to appease the situation. This was all over $20.00. read more

After suffering from multiple health issues, being on many medications and feeling like we just weren't in control of our health to the point of it affecting our day to day lives, we chose Dr. Huber's practice to help us. We are in the best shape of our lives now with the help of regular adjustments and chiropractic care, massages, supplements, and acupuncture. I have seen other chiropractors in the past- but nothing compares to the quality of care the Chiropractic Plus Staff gives to their patients. I received a Groupon from my class at the end of the last year. I was hesitant to use it as I already have a chiropractor. I don't know why I waited so long! Dan is the best massage therapist I have ever met! My one hour massage was like no other masssge I've ever had! No other massage left me feeling so loose, light and fabulous! I have had a stiff neck for 8 months and it's finally gone! Don't expect a Spa-like experience, but do expect to feel the best you have in years! This honestly was the best hour of my life, except for when I said my marriage vows 33 years ago to the love of my life! I look forward to my next massage. Don't bother with Groupon, just pay in advance for your next massage for a great deal! The only caveat was when I initially made my appt. the lady at the front desk was curt on the phone. She refused to give me directions and was stern about being 15 min early and that I would shorten my massage time. However, the sweet lady at the front desk was kind and very courteous.
