My name is Annie. I was in an accident on 5/17/17. Emergency x rays, ct scan and Mri showed sprained neck on right side, concussion and a sprained wrist. I was referred to Chiropractor Dr. Jeremiah Carlson. It is hard to rate a Dr. such as Dr. Carlson when he goes beyond the ratings. Dr. Carlson has helped me so much. When I first went to him I was limping and my neck was so tight to the right side of my body, having headaches and very scared. This doctor knows what and how to treat you. He knows when, where and what to adjust. As he felt where my muscles had knotted up or sprain he constantly was telling me to relax and explaining what he was doing. I thank God for being referred to Dr. Carlson. When Dr. Carlson would tell me to relax it helped me so much mentally of how to relax because of him constantly explaining what he is doing as he does it. Exceptional staff and excellent service. I am truly impressed, which is rare, with this practices ability to communicate proficiently and handle clientele with courtesy and respect. Every time I've been in, they greet me with a smile as I enter the office, ask how I am, and check to make sure I'm checked in so I can be seen by my DR. I usually have the electro-stimulation therapy applied to my lower back. The nurse, D, is so professional and compassionate, it's almost like you're in an exclusive club or resort. My DR always asks how I'm doing, how my issues are and how I'm managing them. He is very thorough and takes extra time to educate those who want to know more about how to take care of their condition, how to mitigate flare ups, and he identifies therapeutic stretches that can be applied to prevent, and aid in the alleviation of, said flare ups. My Dr recommended that I see a chiropractor for some hip pain and back pain I was having. I left the idea alone until I started having really painful Sciatica. It was so painful that I couldn't walk after getting out of bed. I went online to look for a chiropractor & I couldn't believe the results. He was very patient with me & explained everything before we started the first session. He told me it may also take away my headaches. That same night I was able to sleep in my bed without any pain. My headaches have not returned & I have very minimal indigestion. The 2 best results from my experience so far has been no more sciatica & I can sit Indian style. I started to come here seeing Dr. Carlson and Dr. Muren about a week and a half ago. My fiancé referred me to them when I started getting multiple headaches a day for a little over a week. When I entered the staff was very friendly, when I went back for my consultation with the doctors, they were very knowledgeable, after a few "tests", they said they knew what was going on with me and how to fix it. They were right on. After the first visit, the next day, instead of experiencing multiple headaches like I had been everyday for over a week, I only had a mild... Wouldn't even call it a headache. I love coming here not only for the adjustment but the chiropractor give you the information to try and fix the problem so that you are not in pain a few months down the road.. He is very knowledgeable and really tries to help. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I really like this office because they have hours that can accommodate work hours. I have been going for acupuncture sessions with Kendra for months now and it made such a difference on my body. I had severe pain in my shoulders from doing facials all day at work. it is now mild or sometimes there is no pain at all since I have been seeing Kendra. She use a combination of cupping and needles to receive my pain. I love how cupping feels and don't feel discomfort with the needles at all. Kendra has a special touch and she goes the extra way to make sure that I am very comfortable. You can tell that she truly cares!!! I've had back pain for over 20 years tried everything from physical therapy to shots in the spine. Between there massage therapy and adjustments I have never felt better still a long way to go, but even from the first day I walked out of there almost completely painless I felt so good I was in tears and I'm a grown 44 year old man. Wow! This place exceeded all of my expectations when it came to my appointment today! I called and was able to get in same day (I've been out for a week with paralyzing back pain and had acupuncture Tuesday) and once Dr. Muren entered the room I had a instant feeling of relief! FANTASTIC PRACTICE! I practically crawled in, in unbelievable pain after a trip to urgent care got me nothing.
