Three cheers for Dr. Tyler and the Chiropractic Wellness Center. I recently starting coming here after I wrenched my back. The offices are warm and relaxing. Each session starts with 10 minutes on the water massage table or the roller table. The adjustments are quick, painless, easy and helpful. Then the session ends with some cold therapy and TENS. The music played is also great - no yoga music, just mellow rock/alt country. Feeling a ton better after three visits. read more

I've stopped going because they do not wear masks, even after the city-wide mandate. For an industry that promotes holistic wellness, I find it odd that employees cannot be bothered to wear a mask over their face when their faces are a foot away from their patient's faces and are talking to and breathing on them while doing neck adjustments, etc. Sure, wearing a mask under your chin while greeting clients or wearing one around your neck while doing adjustments is WEARING one, but c'mon--they see so many patients and are putting my health at risk by choosing not to follow the intent of the mask policy. In addition, over the last few years the front desk has had a high turnover and as a result, I'm always seeming to have billing and insurance issues, and when I reference previous visits I end up with responses like "I just started" or "I wasn't working here back then" which is really frustrating. They do decent adjustments but with so many chiropractors, why not go to one that takes your health a little more seriously? read more

I really didn't like this place. I went for several weeks but I felt uncomfortable with the casual nature of the practice. I didn't like having an adjustment in full view of the waiting area, or having to discuss my private medical information in front of total strangers. I didn't appreciate having the chiropractor chit chatting with other people or the staff during my adjustment. The support staff was consistently sullen and bored. They rarely greeted me and would send me off to various treatments on my own where I was expected to operate the equipment and clean it up after. Which means I might have used dirty equipment if the person before didn't feel like cleaning it, since no one was monitoring it. On my last visit I was not asked if I wanted to make another appointment even though there were no less than three people standing there when I paid and left. I also question the ethics of asking clients to prepay for medical services. I had my doubts about whether any one would track my visits or treatments. Also, medical treatments evolve with the circumstances so it seemed in appropriate that the doc would think she knew in advance what I needed. Clearly this place has been set up for maximum monetary gain, which is fine, I understand businesses are supposed to make money. I just don't appreciate them doing it at my expense. After no one offered to reschedule me, I decided it was time to see another chiropractor. If you're considering this place, keep looking, you can do better. read more

Massage - 2 Adjustment - 4 I purchased a Groupon for this place and immediately went on to the website to schedule an appointment. After a few days, I never heard back so I went ahead and called (I'm not a fan of using my vocal chords) and got right in the next day. Therefore, be sure to call instead of relying on the email system. Massage - 2 I've had MANY massages in my lifetime, but very rarely do I get in a room where I get 87 questions when all I want to do is relax and unwind. "Where do you work? What do you do? How long have you been doing it? Keep your laptop at eye level. Where does your foot hurt? On top or bottom? Right here *touch* or right here *touch". Is your hand asleep? Are you right handed or left handed? Do you work out? How often?" And on. And on. And on. AND. ON. I get asking questions to ask how the pressure is. But to expect me to carry on a conversation while I'm face down, TRYING to relax, it was just not the time or place. The massage itself was subpar at its best. A lot of unnecessary oil and rubbing it around my back is what it felt like. I also got started at 4:15 and he was done at 5. That's not a 60 min massage. Adjustment - 4 Dr. Fran was nice. She did the consultation and xray on my first visit and then when I went back for the adjustment, she told me my payment options and then sent me on way to get cracked. read more

Wow, Dr. Fran and Dr. Tyler saved my life! I'm not kidding. My lower back went out and it was extremely painful. Dr. Fran came up with a plan and was able to pin-point my exact trouble areas using her EMG scan machine. The machine even found problem areas from an accident I had over 5 years ago that Dr. Fran and Dr. Tyler were able to work on! I can't believe after 5 years of neck pain and multiple doctors, someone FINALLY was able to fix my neck as well! I never knew I could feel so great! I am thankful they were able to fit me in as a new patient shortly after I called because I was unable to move my neck. I felt immediately better and have been there twice. It's a great office with nice staff. My doctor is very informative, I think I learned more anatomy in 10 minutes than during my undergrad. I have had a long history of back pain and have visited several different chiropractors. Dr. Patrick Russell is one of the only chiropractors that has taken the time to map out the problem areas and exactly how to address them. He is very thorough with the back scans and does a great job of formulating a treatment plan. I like that he takes his time and I never feel rushed. He does a great job of explaining everything in simple terms that anyone can understand. Everyone there makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Fran is a miracle worker! I have been having severe back pain since I was in high school, and within a few months of seeing Fran, all has vanished! She uses different financial plans so that it's easy and affordable for everyone. Rather than doing a typical x-ray, she uses a nerve impulse machine that measures the stress on the nerves in the spine, which pinpoints your problem areas. My whole back was in the 'danger zone', and after two months of her care, I'm in the normal range. It's just amazing. I can stand longer, walk farther, and just live better! I bought a groupon for a massage, exam and adjustment. I live a half hour away and was told I would get all three in one visit. When I finished my massage and exam, they asked me to come up front to schedule the adjustment. When I reminded them of our agreement, the receptionist told me I would have to wait another fifteen minutes to get an adjustment. I had already been there all morning, and had a babysitter needing to leave at home. When I told her my situation, she was unsympathetic, and gave me a cold "I'm sorry". I ended up leaving in pain, with no adjustment. What chiropractor doesn't do an adjustment right after a massage when you are all loose? Makes no sense! My one positive feedback is that their massage therapist was amazing!! No complaints there! They need a new receptionist. read more

Cheyenne was great! She consulted with me to figure out which areas were most troublesome and then addressed them during the massage. She used great pressure and it was very relaxing. I was disappointed to find that I would not receive the services on the same day and had to make a second appointment to see the chiropractor. However, I have been so pleased with the level of care that it no longer bothers me. They used a scanner to pinpoint my trouble spots and explained what my results meant. Dr. Tyler gives me ways to make treatment more successful by recommending things I can do at home. He is also a kind and genuinely caring person. I did a 12 session chiropractic care package at the Wellness Center with Dr. Fran. I was experiencing back pain and this was my first venture into chiropractic care. I liked my experience here. The environment is so serene and quiet that it almost reminds me more of a day spa than a chiropractic office. After signing in you get to choose your preference of a water massage table or another type of massage bed for 10 minutes prior to your examination and adjustment. Dr Tyler is very friendly, straight forward and efficient without being pushy or rushed with your time. He is kind, prompt to have you seen and gives great advice on steps that you can take to help resolve those pesky aches and pains that you are coming in to have worked out. I have always been able to get in and out of his office within 30 minutes from walking in the door and out. You even get an ice muscle stimulator after your adjustment. Went here on a groupon for a massage. Chandra was great! She was professional and knowledgable. Usually I feel like wherever I get massages my "60 min massage" is more like 50 even when I'm early. Chandra went over by 15 minutes! She worked on exactly what I needed!
