Which they call "meal replacements " To lose weight you must buy their food which is not even regulated by the food and drug department. it's 29.99 a box for 7 meals. An average person would easily spend $300.00 a month at least on these boxed meals that you add water to. There is nothing "medical " about this. It's high pressure sales and eating boxed meals. It's not healthy or nutritious. Studies show it won't work for the long term weight management either. I'm going to stay with my actual medical doctor suggestion and eat healthy foods and exercise and continue my weight loss journey the correct way.
