My last phone appointment I called the office 30 minutes after my appointment to ask what's going on. She calls me back. I had a question she was not willing to answer and I got frustrated. She then says "Now you be nice to me or you won't get your card renewed." Unprofessional and has been fined for altering at least one patients file. It's also odd to me that up until covid she would only take cash for medical marijuana certification.
