I am extremely disappointed with the services provided. I paid for legal assistance, but the attorney, Channing, repeatedly filed paperwork incorrectly with the Arizona Corporate Commission--four times in total. Despite my constant communication via calls, texts, emails, and CLIO from November to January, I never received any updates in 60 days. The Corporate Commission sent me rejection notices for each filing, all of which had simple fixes that should have been completed within a day. For example, the first mistake involved failing to indicate they weren't using the Arizona template. Given the lack of communication and errors, I cannot recommend this service. read more

Here we are in November, 2023, and they've only written 2, that were of course rejected by the grant makers. All this firm does is copy and paste your initial organizations description, and call it a grant....of course you're going to be rejected for possible funding. You can rely on them to set up your nonprofit, but mistakes might be made along the way, their response times are good when you're still paying, but hit or miss, especially if you have follow questions after you have paid and receive your templates and manual. You can wait a week or more for a return call or email. They are friendly; however, for 4K you basically get a bunch of templates that you have to fill out with no guidance. No one goes over your documents with you or makes sure you've received everything your package states you should have. My package said I'd receive a budget, but I received a blank template along with the stated templates. Have someone else do your filing and then use fiverr for the needed documents and budget, you can pay less and at least they'll be tailored and completed. read more

I was actually disappointed. I ordered the audio book by the founder, which resulting in me considering using this law firm vs. the one that I have already for my 501c3 non-profit. The book (last chapter) offered a "bonus worth $400 for a free consultation" for 30-40 minutes. I was more interested in talking to an attorney from the firm to get a perspective on their approach to working with organizations like mine, as well as evaluate the "fit" for me and my organization. I called the 800 # to schedule an appointment and they told me the same "$400 value" pitch. Unfortunately, when I spoke to the agent from the firm today for my scheduled "consultation" I asked him if he was an attorney or legal assistance/analyst, and he indicated he was not and that he was in "Business Development" (aka, "sales".. He was polite and professional but really just had a series of questions to evaluate the scope of services that I may need - it was mostly me talking vs. him probing with relevant questions. Basically this was a sales call - and I got the impression it was even a "filtering" interview on their part to see if my org had enough business to give them or not. So I didn't appreciate that they tried to play off "$400 value" for their sales call. It would have been much more helpful and worth my time (vs. a waste of my time) if they would have had an actual attorney or legal analyst take 30 minutes to have a dialogue with me regarding my legal needs, current situation, and even give me some feedback on some legal matters that I have currently (this would help me test their level of competence and approach as well). The agent that I spoke to was apologetic when I shared this disappointment with him...but.... he was just going his job as a sales person. I'll post this on Yelp/BBB as well considering this review page seems to be controlled by the law firm (so let's see if they post it).
