One of those appointments was incorrectly scheduled hours after the time I confirmed with the receptionist. I was already paying on the service and device for 2 months, before I gave up and cancelled everything. I was very disappointed in the carelessness and disregard for my time.

She's had them on for about 5 months and so far, so good. She breaks her brackets quite often it seems as she grinds her teeth at night, but they are extremely accommodating, patient, and get her in super quick to fix them. Everyone here is so nice! We just love going here with her. We feel like she's in good hands and everything will be taken care of. We have recommended them to everyone and now my other niece and her boyfriend go as well.
