I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. I've already forgotten my dentist's name but I loved him (tall guy, blonde hair in a bun)! Awful practice! The doctors do not introduce themselves as they sit down and start their exam and procedures. They will talk over you and not explain what is coming next. The practice as a whole, do not own their mistakes and will blame past doctors as a way to try to further dodge responsibility. Or worse, they blame the patient! I've seen Dr. Coleman, Dr. Stafford, and most recently Dr. Williams who without consulting me tried to schedule a procedure to have all of my teeth ground down which isn't covered by insurance, not medically necessary, and was an utter shock even to the assistant and front desk staff that he'd try to schedule such a radical procedure. This procedure was over $650 and would guarantee that I would need a new $450 "mouth splint." The "mouth splint" was the reason I was there AGAIN asking for an adjustment. They had made me the device a year ago. Although, it should have been a "mouth guard" like I had brought with me and had been using that type for over 30 years with no issue. The "mouth guard" costs about $80-$200 but just like Dr. Williams did a few weeks ago, Dr. Coleman preferred the more expensive device and refused to make the "mouth guard" like what I had brought with me. I hated the new "mouth splint" the moment I tried it on and expressed my discomfort and concerns. It's incredibly thick and bulky, I can barely close my mouth but I've been wearing it every night. At my most recent visit, the dental assistant noticed right away that it did not make contact on both sides of my mouth when I'd bite down, she could actually hear it hit unevenly. She also noticed how crooked it looked in my mouth. Something that the two doctors I had already seen missed. I later would learn that what was made is a "mouth splint" and not a "guard" at all but even Dr. Williams tried to convince me that the "mouth guards" don't last very long even though mine had been fine for four YEARS! This practice run their own agenda which feels more about making money than anything else. As the device was made wrong from the start and they refused at every visit to do anything about it. I have visited the practice four times, complaining of discomfort over the last year and being dismissed and sent away every time. I have been forced to listen to inappropriate talk about Qanon, political and religious beliefs while having my teeth cleaned. And if the hygienist was talking, she was NOT working so the appointment felt never ending and the 'Blue Grass' music did NOT help either! Recently the new office manger, Robyn, just argued and lectured me more when I complained and wanted the device made right and refunded. She said that she and the owner agreed that I should have complained sooner. Really?! read more

Zero stars if possible, they refused to clean my teeth at set appointment and tried to force me to get unnecessary X-rays, then ostracized me for not wanting exposure to radiation unnecessarily. I had a dental appointment for a simple cleaning that was scheduled 6 months ago after my last cleaning. Upon arriving i was told i would be getting an X-ray, and i stated i only needed my teeth cleaned and no X-ray was needed. My teeth are totally fine and i just need a cleaning (ive never had a single cavity or dental work of any kind) I explained that I would be happy to sign a waiver if needed. After asking the doctor if i can sign a waiver, the nurse comes back in and tells me they actually cant waive the x-ray requirement and that x-rays are REQUIRED BY LAW. She lied to me as I know this is not true. She then insulted me by saying "well its less radiation then your microwave" and "if its a money thing, they can help me out". i have full dental insurance, And I arrived in a 2022 RAM TRX $100k truck. I explained i simply don't want unnecessary radiation and I'd even pay for the x-ray just not have it administered. The doctor never came to introduce himself or explain. She asked me to leave and walked me out of the front door without saying sorry, thank you or anything, as if I had done something wrong. They did not value my time at all as i took time out of my day to be at my appointment, and then they refused to clean my teeth. If they valued my time at all, they would've cleaned my teeth and explained that next time i would have to take X-rays or find a new provider. They don't care about their patients health, well-being or time. They simply want to bill your insurance provider for X-rays every six months so they can make as much money as possible with no regard for your health or radiation exposure. The nurse should be ashamed of herself for treating my differently because I did not want unnecessary and unethical X-rays, and she lied to me about it being required by law in order to further her agenda. Dr Stafford is by far the most knowledgeable and the best Dentist I have ever been to hands down. He is compassionate and takes the time to understand what is going on not just with your teeth but anything you have going on to know if there is any potential of reactions. Any he takes the time to explain everything in detail and the Dr said He was there to help me with my problem and took care of my immediate issue as well as taking care of my future needs. But he makes you feel heard and and not like just another number and is a God send with treatment. I literally am blown away with the level of care and compassion and quality Dentistry Dr. Stafford provided. read more

My dentist. Very good. Great assistants. After trying four other dentists in this town, this is the only one with a nice office and modern set-up. I'm taking away one star ONLY because the lack of TV with headphones as an option during dental work. I'm surprised that they don't have this option. Due to being military...we've been in a lot of places and used around 5 dentists in the past 2 decades. This is the only office without TVs and headsets that we've been to. read more

I love this dentist! Me and my son are seen here. The nurses are so nice, along with the Doctor as well. They're very good with kids.

It would be difficult to heap too much praise upon Dr. Jackson and his staff. The waiting room is attractive and roomy, very clean. The assistants all are pleasant and seem very well-trained. Dr. Jackson himself has a helpful. reassuring bedside manner (well, dental chair manner). He examined me and gave me a report in everyday language. The estimate for proposed treatment was clear and seems very reasonable cost-wise. Overall, this is a grade-A dental practice, which I highly recommend to anyone needing a new family dentist in the Lawton area. read more

Absolutely terrible dentist. Paid $6000 for dentures that were ill fitting and un-wearable. I am left with an odd looking overbite and Mr. Jackson refuses to fix it (after $6000). Mr. Jackson also refused to refund a $500 overpayment, and in fact, became angry when I asked about it. I am now filing suit. Mr. Jackson did a treatment plan for me and offered a discount on extractions. His office charged a few at the correct rate but others at the full rate (hence the $500 overcharge). Mr. Jackson's response, when I asked him about it, was that I "should be grateful for any discount he did give me." read more

I saw Dr.Jackson for a couple of years before moving. The office and the staff, including Dr.Jackson are all very nice. I was always given good patient service with no complaints. Not until recently (I was just seen there 4 months ago) did I realize that I should have been seeing a different doctor. One that actually did his job. I just found out after having X-rays taken again because of some pain that I was feeling that not only 1 but 8, yes 8 cavities need to be filled. These aren't something I just got over night. To say that I am beyond upset is an understatement. I wish I knew that he wasn't doing his job a couple of years ago so that this would have been avoided. I am not the only one who has experienced this. I have a very good friend that said the same thing after seeing a new dentist.
