We weren't tea drinkers and knew absolutely nothing when we arrived but felt knowledgeable and ready to venture out into the tea world by the time we left! First we headed to the nursery and fields and learned how the plants were grown and harvested. Then we headed to the Tea Shack and learned how each of the different teas were processed. Never knew so much went into tea making, it's quite the process! They have a small gift shop as well and we were able to get a new little tea pot and some tea for our new obsession! We also learned of the work they are doing with the universities with fertilizers and watering. It was a great time and I highly recommend a visit! We'll return some day for the two day harvest, that would be amazing!

So if anything go park at Waffle House next door, and walk over. Service.. classic McDonald's. People that seem to hate their lives. Occasionally you'll get lucky with nice people. I arrived the other morning with hardly any cars in the drive through or parking spots. This will be a breeze I thought. I ordered via the app and entered my spot. After 20 minutes, I still had not received my order so I tried to cancel it and it said they had already started on it. I walked into the lobby to check. Cashiers were on their phones, who appeared to be the manager on duty walked past me more than once, and nobody said anything to me. I could see my ticket up where they load the bags just sitting there while other tickets were being worked. Finally, the man said "What you waiting on?" I told him that mobile order that I placed 20 minutes ago. He turns, tells the workers what to fix (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), they fix it, and he hands me the bag. No apology, no words, nothing. Oh well, after several good experiences, I chalked it up as they were just having a bad day. A few days later, I went for lunch. Again, I figured it could not happen twice...right? I pulled up and submitted my order on the mobile app for two McChicken sandwiches. Other people coming and going...workers bringing other people's food outside. After 20 minutes, I cancelled my order through the app. So this time, they had not even started on my order and I sure was not going to walk in. Needless to say, it will be a while before I go back there. Something has obviously changed.

Empty restaurant, 8 employees all milling about the front on their phones. No one even spoke to me for 5 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes for the meal I ordered via phone 30 minutes prior. 100% same situation today. I need to put a sticky on my work computer to remind me NEVER AGAIN. Food is good, service is the worst in town. Honestly, I dont know how they stay in business.
