She never updated the paperwork and I never heard back from her at all after multiple emails, phone calls, and trips to a vacant office. I was an out of state case and I was told they'd submit for virtual hearings. The judge made it clear in the end that this was never submitted for once by Alex or his office. So I drove down 8 hours multiple times when they didn't even have the paperwork to process my hearing. MULTIPLE TIMES! For almost a year! And when the day did finally come to enter my plea? The one day that was the most important? HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP! I called the office several times and was told by the receptionist that he had "other, more important clients" and he wouldn't be there. After I drove all the way from out of state. The judge never got papers for his absence or a reschedule, I was never notified, and the judge had to call his office to demand he show up. He still didn't. After 2 hours past the end of the calendar, they sent someone who had been with the firm 3 weeks, knew nothing about my case and couldn't explain anything about the sentence they gave me. The judge had to get a public defender to explain what was going on and what's more embarrassing is that I had to comfort the new guy they sent because the judge was pissed. As was I. No contact from Arca since, no apology, nothing. Honestly disgusting. STAY AWAY.
