Well she had some sort of medical condition where she said she was in the hospital for months. By this time I had spent thousands more on child support and had to basically threaten to sue her to finish by Jan 31. She did submit the paperwork finally by that date (basically 4 months later) and my ex and I had a couple more small changes by the time she did finish the paperwork. She never updated the paperwork and I never heard back from her at all after multiple emails, phone calls, and trips to a vacant office. I finally had to finish all the paperwork myself and petition the courts (another $210). I wish she just would have refunded my money when she new she would be away for months.
