After you've ordered and waited a while, your name is announced on the PA system (just like at an airport) and you're escorted by a flight attendant on board the plane and to your seat. If you're an AvGeek like me, you're boarding and dining on board a Boeing 737 which is a short to medium range twinjet narrow-body airliner. Having toured Boeing in Seattle, Washington (USA), "If it ain't Boeing, I ain't going!" So, all the more reason to dine at the only airplane restaurant in the Philippines, diba?
