Milk and cookies. That's like, the ultimate comfort food to some people. Nothing like a cookie and a cold glass of milk to relax. With a selection of specialty cookies and specially blended milk, there's bound to be something that hits that sweet spot. For 95php, you get a quart of milk that comes in an old fashioned milk bottle and a cookie of your choosing. Their cookies are a fairly good size: smaller than a dish and bigger than a regular Chips Ahoy cookie so you won't have to worry about running out of cookie in the middle of your milk. If traditional milk and cookies aren't your thing, you can have your fix in another form: ice cream which is served in either a cookie bowl or sandwiched between two cookies. And these aren't just your garden variety chocolate chip cookies, either. There's a dark chocolate cookie if that's your fancy and something aptly named Morphine which has cornflakes and marshmallows. Definitely something you'd never expect would work with a cookie. There's also the aptly named Liquid Morphine which is a mason jar of milk with a squirt of fudge, a squirt of caramel and cornflakes. That cornflake just gets you where you least expect it. And speaking of things being where you least expect it, don't be surprised if you can't find it from the get go. You'll have to get to the second floor and hang a right to spot their headquarters but hey, at least there's somewhere you can satisfy your milk and cookie fix without breaking the bank or wondering how you're going to finish all that milk and all those cookies on your own... even if it does seem to be camouflaged pretty well. As good as it was though, it seemed a little lacking. Maybe I was looking for something more than milk and cookies. The place seemed a little lonely, after all. So as much as your sugar fix might be satisfied, don't be surprised if you find yourself looking for a little something more that you can't seem to place your finger on. read more
