The attendant on hand was friendly and welcoming, and not pushy, allowing us to browse quietly at our leisure, and answering any questions we had. We ended up buying the last bottle of a fantastic perfume and a bead bracelet identical to one that my wife had lost, both of which made her very happy. On a related topic, we mentioned that they ought to look into carrying the Zodica perfume brand (my wife's favorite), as each scent is tailored to a specific zodiac sign, which seems like a perfect match for such a Bohemian boutique. Very recommended!

Very interesting mercantile shop downtown- general store, meets grocery, meets gift shop. You could…read morefind a little of everything. Some things felt overpriced, but other things were fair. Downtown is touristy and artsy, sometimes that equals higher pricetags. We found some gifts for family and I snagged a cold beverage too. Fun to check out the store in its entirety- it is much bigger than I originally thought and don't miss going upstairs!

Inside my artistic little soul was in heaven- huge pieces dazzled me and tiny treasure were just as enticing. They have one artist that makes miniatures and they were all so sweet- I snagged a tiny black cat! I also picked up a couple Christmas gifts & another glass ball for my collection- I hadn't bought one in years & John may have encouraged me a bit since it was such a cool "hot shop". I didn't even mind waiting to check out as the workers were blowing a vase, once it was ready to break from the punty- the master glass blower broke to ring me up. Great value for all the goodies I snagged!

She takes peanuts out of your hands which Marie hands out to visitors. We purchased candles and other goodies which we really loved. The prices for the treats, into which Marie puts her heart, are very reasonable. Trust me, the treats in Hawaii cost way more, and they are made with factory machines. We even bought a large cookie from a batch that Marie baked that morning. The cookie was really good. We ate the cookie, fudge, and caramels before we reached Deception Pass Bridge (we are visitors from Hawaii). Mahalo so much Marie!!!

The property is cute and beautifully maintained - the owner specializes in dark flowers and is extremely knowledgeable. I am not a gardener but my wife and my mother are and they loved looking at all the plants and bought a few. There's four goats! You can feed them peanut shells, which they love. It was adorable. And there is a super cute shop with lots of local things for sale. Fudge, flowers, soaps, cards, all sorts of gift things. Definitely worth a visit!

These wonderful people swooped in to the rescue and made my wife's day. The ordering process was both easy and personalized. Though you can certainly order by phone, I do not have access to one during the work day and was able to complete everything via email - including describing the look I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and the delivery coordination. Paying online was super simple (I even used Apple Pay). Bottom-line: they did great work and brought a smile via their wonderful floral creation! I highly recommend them.

Had appointment April 21st to discuss the concept. She called the day before and said she couldn't find it on her computer but would be fairly easy for her to redo. I said no worries, when ready call me back to reschedule. No response back, I emailed her after 2 weeks, didn't get a response. After a month I contacted the owner, Garrett, and then the next day Bobbi contacted me and left a message saying she was sorry, it was unprofessional, she should have got back to me, if I still wanted to do the project call her back. I didn't call back that day, but the next day Garrett left me an email saying he was sorry and they prided themselves on communication. So I answered the email fairly promtly that day, which was May 19th, saying I wanted to continue and I would call Bobbi. I called to leave her message and her outgoing mail said she's out of the office till June 2nd. I left a message saying I would continue with the project even though I thought it was odd she never mentioned she was going to be out of the office when she told me the day before to call her back. Well, it's June 9th and I think it's pretty clear that Bobby doesn't want anything to do with it job for whatever her reason is. There was no unpleasantness in our first meeting or after so I don't understand why she would ghost me when this is a sizeable job for them to do. She never mentioned any difficulties with a job that could have put her off wanting to continue. I won't even go to the nursery to buy aplant or anything after being treated this way. Very poor business.

I feel like visiting most nurseries is just like walking through inventory of plants. This place is…read morenot like that at all. I don't think I have seen more beautiful blooms anywhere else! I love that it was heavily focused on local small businesses, farmers, and FOOD. We stopped for a few bites along the way and were blown away every time. So good. This market is huge and stretches for a few blocks, so be sure to come early and give yourself ample time to explore. Also, with it being in Ballard, there are a ton of cool, hipster shops to browse while you're in the area.

Subsequently, I lost some interest since I don't live nearby. While I was in Ballard on a recent Sunday, I rushed to the market to see if it was still open. Officially, it was not; they closed at 2pm. But they were still packing up. I believe they are not allowed to sell after the official closing time; I asked one vendor, they declined. The staff wants the streets to reopen as soon as possible. As I walked the two blocks, several vendors still have some items on display on their tables. With a bit of wink, wink, accidentally dropping cash on the table and accidentally taking things off the table, I walked away with goodies. I won't say what I bought to avoid anyone getting into trouble. Street parking was easy enough nearby on a Sunday.

Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State…read more.. Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!
