The entire process from planning the menu (healthy and plant-based) to coordinating all of the supplies and personnel needed, to the look and taste of the food was totally on point! The guests raved about the food and many couldn't believe there were no animal products used in any of the recipes. Highlights included the stuffed shells, zucchini blossoms, black bean sliders and the absolutely fabulous turmeric ginger lemonade, among many other wonderful dishes. Some of our guests had special dietary needs such as being gluten free or certain food allergies and Ali was easily able to accommodate them so that there were lots of choices. Having that Registered Dietitian background is a huge advantage in being able to handle specific dietary and medical needs and what sets Ali apart from traditional caterers.
