The place is super quaint on the outside and contemporary on the inside. Minimalist, clean. The goods: I purchased a few truffles as well as a bar and some 'fish'. The truffles are sinfully delicious and offered in a variety of flavours, and you can select milk or dark varieties, depending on your preference. We also got soft serve cones dipped in dark chocolate. Holy crap. The ice cream was great but the chocolate dip was to die for. It was quite thick (I prefer a little thinner but I won't complain about too much chocolatey goodness). I got a small cone but it was still quite generous so I think their regular size must be quite big! Service: Good Price point: On par with other chocolatiers. Definitely means there's much product turnover. I didn't try anything else at the cafe but did purchase chocolates from the accompanying store. The wine card is short but nice, they're mostly private imports. There's a communal feeling to the whole thing as everyone arrives at the same time and eats at the same time. Every course comes with a thorough description of the ingredients' origins and how they were prepared. It's also a good deal for what you're getting/discovering. One thing they could work on is the dining area: the chairs could be upgraded. I never say this but we were somewhat uncomfortable throughout the evening.
