Both were untrue as it was all within one singular, 10-minute visit and it was in-person. I confronted the office about this via phone and email - I received no response. I continue to get spam calls from Vanguard regarding this bill and every time a different representative tells me to speak with the office about my issue, which I already have to no avail.
