Although he was busy, he made room for us to get a same-day appointment, answered all the questions we had, and helped my wife feel relaxed before, during, and after the treatment. He even told us to come by for another treatment, gratis, if labor had still not started after a few days--a generous offer that was fortunately unnecessary (our son was born that Tuesday). The setting for treatment is homey and relaxing, a renovated house that also appears to host office space for a couple of professionals. Just down the street, there's a coffee shop (and a barbecue restaurant, and a wine bar) where anyone who accompanies you can grab something to eat or drink during the therapy.
