Do NOT hire 360 Remodeling LLC or Mike - Worst contractor experience ever…read more I hired Mike from 360 Remodeling LLC to install LVP flooring after a friend recommended him, and it was a huge mistake. He cut all the planks inside the house using a saw, covering everything in thick dust. He didn't clean up any of it - we had to deep clean ourselves and are still finding dust everywhere. Several planks were installed cracked and broken, and he never fixed them. He brought his dogs at the job site and now I have his dog poop to clean in my back yard and the dog was also inside the house. He also broke the fireplace tile and argued that it wasn't his fault, even when I showed him proof. He still refused to replace it (I provided the tile myself)The flooring makes clicking sounds in multiple areas, and there are big gaps between the floor and the wall in some spots (I uploaded photos). Transitions are not installed properly(check photos). What should've taken 2 days took him 12 days, and I had already removed the carpet and prepped the floor myself. He would show up for a few hours at most, often late, and never communicated unless I chased him down. Sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. Because of excessive waste, I had to buy 10 more boxes of flooring, costing me nearly $1,000 extra. Choosing him for the lower price ended up being one of the most expensive and stressful decisions I've made. I've never had such a bad experience with any contractor. Avoid 360 Remodeling LLC and Mike at all costs.

Install additional kitchen cabinets in main floor kitchen. Bottom line, very pleased and would trust Rob and his crews again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends/family. Existing house is three years old. We asked Rob to make it look as if the original builder had done the basement. Rob said "no problem". Rob wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate. We went with Rob due to his years of documented experience and he did not disappoint. As homeowners with zero handy experience, we relied on Rob to provide a turnkey experience. He got started quickly, listening to our goals and lending his knowledge to get the design just right. He gave us a timeline so we'd know what to expect and when. He finished a little under the expected budget. UNDER budget. He and his crews were always professional and courteous. If we had questions or concerns, he was quick to address them.
