He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. Matlock Construction Services is AMAZING!…read more When our rental property had to be remodeled and have a number of repairs done following the eviction of our tenant, we were devastated. We interviewed and met with more than 10 contractors and got a number of bids. Frankly, we were getting worried. Many of the contractors in this area are just flaky! They don't call you back, they don't show up when you make an appointment to meet, and in general they don't do what they say they will do. Later, when we compared several bids side by side, we found a few had proposed inflated bids. There were other contractors that were skilled with a hammer and offered competitive pricing, but seriously lacked other skills, like listening, communication and customer service. We had a huge project and questions and concerns. We needed a highly skilled contractor for the variety of tasks, good communication, someone who listened, cared about our situation, was easy to talk too and not a flake. Thankfully we found Matlock Construction Services. It was a lot of work and took nearly a month to complete the needed repairs and renovations. Now the project is done and we are thrilled!
