I visited Choice Dental for a cleaning and without a through examination it was determined that I needed a deep cleaning. I refused the service and left. DH said the cleaning he was given lasted 10 minutes tops. I found another dentist in Marshall and after a very through examination and a general cleaning I was told that I did not need the services that Choice Dental tried to give me. I'll be reaching out to my insurance and let them know that DH did not receive the services that was billed. I'd stay far away from this place, they believe in giving/charging for services that aren't needed. read more

Choice Dental went above and beyond to help me during an emergency and i can never thank them enough. I called their office at 4:30PM with the sudden onset of a SEVERE toothache while I was at work. Arriving at their office about 5PM, they got me in quickly. As it turned out, I needed TWO root canals. Even though they close at 6PM, they not only saw me, but completed BOTH procedures. I wasn't done until about 8:30.... more than 2.5 hours after their closing time. The staff was friendly, caring, and obviously went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I called them and told them that I wanted to come in for a cleaning. They said that they had a package for 169.00 that cover cleaning and X-Rays. I said OK and made the appointment. The day of my appointment I called to confirmed that they would do the cleaning (I didn't care about the X-Rays. I didn't have any pain or anything. I understood that was just their procedure, but Wanted to verify that I would have done my cleaning that I was paying for and wanted and I wouldn't have to take off for work again to go back and get the cleaning that I wanted. She told me we are going to do X-Rays if you need a basic cleaning we will today, but if it's a deepclean, we will have to reschedule. I said, no if you can't do it today, I'm not coming. She said hold on. She left and go back on the phone and said we will do it today. I said Ok. I got there and paid my 169.00. They did one X-Ray. Then took me into another room did more X-Rays. Then, started talking about pulling teeth and replacing crowns, keep in mind that I'm not in any pain abd just want my teeth cleaned. He said that I need a deep clean and would have to come back. I told him that I had xalled and they told me they would. Why did thsy say that if thsy can't. He said that he didn't know that he wasn't who I had talk to. I asked him, well can you just give me a basic cleaning? He said no he couldn't do that, and someone else would be in there to talk with me. After a few minutes, a lady come in and told me that she had talk with him and he would do the deep cleaning today. I said ok. Then, she showed me the price of 900.00 dollars. I gof up and left. I told them I would go somewhere else. So, take this information and make of it what you want. I feel like I was scammed, fooled, strung along and told what I wanted to hear. I don't feel like they were honest and straight forward in their business dealings. If they would have just gave me the basic cleaning like I asked, I would have taken my wife and kids their for life as our dentist, but now all they will get are bad reviews for taking my money and wasting my time (I took off work to go their and oaid out of pocket. read more

Words cannot describe how amazing this dentist office is! I was traveling on business and my wisdom tooth was killing me. After calling all other dentists in Marshall I saw a billboard advertising their services. From the moment I called, I was astonished by how courteous and convenient they made things for me. They made time to see me within an hour. The receptionist even called to preauthorize my insurance before I showed up to make sure it would be covered. The wait wasn't too long, they took xrays, and gave me an entire treatment plan. I needed 6 fillings, a wisdom tooth extraction, and was in need of a cleaning. My two front teeth were cracked from an incident years prior. The dentist took the time to use filling material and bond my teeth back up. This was something that really meant a lot to me. I had asked dentists over the years to do something for me and no one would touch them. They all wanted hundreds of dollars to put caps on them. She was quick, thorough, and I felt absolutely no pain when she numbed me up. She is highly talented in what she does. Upon leaving I paid my balance and told the office manager to keep my change (I paid in cash) and told them to treat the staff for coffee. He thanked me up and down for my business and asked me to like their Facebook page. I live 4 hours away and plan on making the drive just to make this our primary dentist. Very professional staff. Helped me tremendously because I was very nervous. I got two teeth pulled and felt no pain.

By far the worst dental office we have ever been to. they lied to us, said our insurance required us to have X-rays before we could get our teeth cleaned. they ask personnel questions that have nothing to do with cleaning your teeth. they just looking for away to make money from insurance companies and individuals. the staff would not let my wife talk to the dentist. Wish I rate them less than one star. read more

Excellent services, staff is very friendly and thorough about noting the problem and reason for your visit. Dentist asked me so many questions about my medical history which I never knew could be related to my dental needs. I felt cared for. I highly recommend this dentist.
