I know, personally, what it feels like to worry about smiling when faced with dental issues and to think that he did all of this for a man he doesn't even know just so that he'd finally be able to smile in photos again is just beautiful. I know this is the dentist I'd be going to if I lived anywhere close and I really hope that others will Google the doctor's name and see what this is all about when deciding upon a local dentist. I visited Choice Dental for a cleaning and without a through examination it was determined that I…read moreneeded a deep cleaning. I refused the service and left. DH said the cleaning he was given lasted 10 minutes tops. I found another dentist in Marshall and after a very through examination and a general cleaning I was told that I did not need the services that Choice Dental tried to give me. I'll be reaching out to my insurance and let them know that DH did not receive the services that was billed. I'd stay far away from this place, they believe in giving/charging for services that aren't needed.

i drove from bossier city and arrived early. i filled all…read morethe paperwork required. i was soon greeted by dr. charles parker. after reviewing the x-rays i had sent over he said i definitely needed implants. he assured me that i needed the most expensive ones: $30,250.00 i almost fell out of the chair. he did not tell me the features, functions, and benefits of these dentures. he only harped on the cost and that i defenately needed them. i drive a new $73,000 bmw, and i wear a new $52,000 rolex. i know quality when i see it. his implants were not any better than the ones i have seen for prices 10 times lower than his. and he did not take my insurance, medicare. he wanted my visa. i left excited.....to get out with my skin on my back. he is a thief, a predator, and unscrupulous business man that preys on elderly people with insurance so he can strike it rich. if they don't have insurance he has financing options. what a schiester. do not go there!!!

After everything had healed, I was still in excruciating pain--anything I ate or drank hurt, and I knew something was seriously wrong. When I went back, they did a scan and casually told me they had damaged my top back molars during the wisdom tooth extraction, exposing the roots. Now I have to get those molars removed and replaced with dental implants, costing me $8,000! As if that wasn't enough, they also gave me one quote for the procedure but ended up charging me more in the end. To make matters worse, they acted like it was no big deal, as if this was just some routine complication. This should NEVER have happened. My new dentist was absolutely appalled, and so was everyone I talked to. I filed a complaint with the Texas State Board, and after that, I got a call from their Aspen regional manager, Devon Jefferson. The call felt empty and insincere. After I explained the situation, all he said was, 'Is there anything I can do for you?' But what could I even say at that point? The damage was already done. The only thing they can do is cover the cost of fixing my teeth. Which they obviously aren't going to do. I've heard nothing but terrible things about Aspen Dental since, and after what I've been through, I believe it. Save yourself the pain, the money, and the frustration oh... and your teeth--do NOT go here.

I was also impressed by how fast they got me to see the dentist. She explained everything and I got to see the X-ray as she was talking about it. I saw my fractured tooth and they set me up with a sweet treatment plan. This is my dentist for life now!

Neither of them can wear their teeth and today was their 3rd appointment with him attempting to meet with Dr. Parker and come to a resolution. He basically told them tough luck no refunds if you don't like it go someplace else and get another set made!! They can not afford a new set of dentures as they just paid him $2,000 each!! Please someone give me some advice or direction on this. There were other patients there that said they have had the same problems and that after comparing dentures it appears that he makes everyone's teeth the same. This is not right and as far as I'm concerned it's blatant abuse of elderly people that are coming to him for a service that he doesn't even end up providing. Don't waste your money!!
