Because I'm short on time and finding reliable vendors is a hassle, I called him again when I needed roof work on a third rental property. Communication over the phone was so so. He often talks to other people while on a client call or interrupts a call if someone else is calling him. It felt rude and, most importantly, like my time wasn't being respected. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

MISSED MAJOR FLAWS WHICH ALMOST CAUSED HOUSE TO BURN DOWN…read more We hired Tony to inspect our house inspection on a used home prior to move in. He was not our first option, but due to our rushed move in, we found Tony and he was available so it worked out. In total we spent somewhere between 1-2 hours on our 3000 sqft home (which I felt is a bit short and caused him to miss some major things to be discussed.) Pros: Tony was very communicative and punctual for the home inspection. He caught several things that we would not have found out and informed us on things we should be aware of. He also found issues that allowed us to negotiate pricing with the seller, which allowed us to get back a credit to make the fixes, essentially paying for the inspection itself. Cons: I did not feel like Tony was very thorough. While he mentioned there was potential for moisture in our home, he would not answer some questions surround possible mold and claimed that we would have to pay extra for that service. When we removed the carpets, we found lots of mold on our wood foundation (which we ended up fixing). Other large items he missed was that the gas line for the dryer was loose causing it to move back and forth/wiggle against the metal box. Over the years, this caused the metal gas pipe to wear down and resulted in a GAS LEAK WITH ACTIVE FLAME within our home less within a few months of closing. We found the leak/flame and luckily it did not cause a fire to the structure. He also somehow missed one of the bathroom shower door hinges being completely broken, and hanging on a single hinge. Overall, the inspection paid for itself since he identified key items which allowed us to further negotiate with our seller. But his lack of thoroughness caused him to miss major flaws.

He opens and doesnt close completely laundry room lines then calls them leaky. states windows have failed thermal implying all of them are bad when only 4 - there is too much more to write, says hot/cold lines are reversed when he lacks skillset to operate them, turns all the water on upstairs-even two tubs, then says water flow downstairs is low. - see other low review, not the first time he has left valves open, causing owners potential water damage.
