I am the nicest customer you will ever meet - i am also the nicest customer that will NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR STORE :) Lets first start with your security, legally the security guards at your store are not allowed to put their hand in my bag. I always voluntarily provide my bag for you to look at but you are in no way allowed to put your hand in my bag to move anything. According to the guidelines approved by NSW Fair Trading and Australian Retailers Association "There should be no direct physical interference by the employee or the shopkeeper. Where a view of the bag is obstructed by a large parcel, coat or similar item, the employee or shopkeeper may request the customer to remove the obstruction but should not touch the obstructing item". Obviously this is unclear to you so I will attach the link below. The store manager of Blacktown Chemist Warehouse was also there but did nothing. The reason people don't say anything is because they are afraid - like I was. However today I had enough and was so furious I went and asked the security guard what his name was so I could complain and he hid his name badge from me so I couldn't see, the manager of chemist warehouse was also standing right there and did nothing. She could have come up to me and asked me what had happened but didn't. This is also not the first time it's happened, the security guards at CW are incredibly rude and have no respect for their customers. So my advice for you chemist warehouse is to cherish your customers, because a customer who never comes back will lose you profits, respect and a bad reputation. Its funny when I see the money you spend to entice customers to your store, when you could've saved your company that expense by providing good customer service. I understand this is not a nice post and I apologise if I've offended anyone however consider the customers who complains because they are actually giving you a chance to make amends. At the moment everyone seems to be a discount chemist of some sort but this ones seems to have an edge on the others.
