From the start, I contacted Milana the week of my baby's due date. She was very gracious and understanding. She was timely to answer emails and made a real effort to discuss my vision and get to know me with an over the phone consultation. She shared a lot about her experience as a birth photographer and some even about her own experiences w her children's births. Interestingly she mentioned she has such a passion for birth, that she is considering training as a doula in the future. I was self conscious about finding a photographer last minute so she gave me examples of other mother's who had contacted her for birth photography even on the day that they began labor!
