This is no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat a fellow rider (if they even ride). It is a shady operation that everyone needs to avoid, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well but felt it was important to warn as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I have a home shop in Minnesota and have own a performance shop In the San Francisco Bay area. We were also involved in AMRA Drag Racing and with Mike Nolan, held National Championship 4 times. Blais Cycle is a quality shop with people who have dedicated their lives to motorcycles and motorcycle culture. If you are looking for a slap shot work & people experimenting, best to go somewhere else. Maybe a dealership or a shop where somebody is trying their hand a making a buck. Point being, this is where motorcycling happens. Keep up the good work Blais Cycle...I don't want to break down headed to Frisco. The day after Christmas my son was driving it with my daughter in it, all I hear is screaming I ran down the street so fast and the wheel came off!! Luckily my children were not hurt!!! I'm so grateful for my neighbor because he knew what he was doing and had multiple GOKARTS before, he helped us to rig it to get it home. I then called power & play multiple times and no answer, when I finally got through the lady (owner) was not in, they said they check everything before sending out, and HUNG UP ON ME!! Worst place they get your money and then are done with you!!!

I was dealt with very quickly even though there were others picking up bikes at the same time. Clearly the on-line preregistration was well worth the effort. The bike was in great condition, but it seems I was too late to get the ride of my choice. So let's hope they continue to grow and expand the options. In the end the ride back South in perfect weather was en extra bonus, so Pompano was a great location after all.
