I don't care…read morehow good you think your past motorcycle guy was or how good your buddy's friend is or your cousin or whatever.. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS JERRY AT SYNDICATE CYCLES!!! I assure you of that. I've been through several motorcycles over the last decade and have dealt with numerous shops in South FL including Harley dealerships and I can tell you with 100% certainty there is absolutely NO other place I'd take my bike in the future after my experience with Jerry! Jerry is a great dude and is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in his work. He does things the right way and does not cut corners! He's extremely meticulous and genuinely CARES how the work comes out unlike most shops who just rush your bike in and out to get the next bike in. He will take his time with you to explain what he needs to do and why, or even give you a rundown on how a certain install works etc. He's also a straight shooter and will advise you truthfully on what's necessary and what's not. I learned so much in my brief time with him in the shop!! I got new handlebars (apes) new wiring, foot peg extenders, a full speaker system, and several other things completed on my bike my first visit. Jerry texted me progress pictures throughout the process and kept me up to date on where he was at which I greatly appreciated!! He even took my bike for a thorough test ride to make sure everything was perfect before I came to pick it up! He's extremely resourceful with getting parts as well. He has most parts delivered to his shop the NEXT DAY if he doesn't have it in stock already. He's also very reasonable and fair with pricing unlike Harley who charges $139 an hour to have 20 year old kids work on your bike!! No thanks!!!!! But seriously, quit googling local bike shops. Call Jerry and get your bike in!! I'll be recommending every biker buddy I have to Jerry in the future. And no, I'm not a family member or personal friend writing this review. This is a real experience from a real customer. This is my 98' Fatboy that Jerry did all that work on for me. 10/6/25. wrongfully diagnosed, supposedly fixed a/c (yeah right) and 2 days later no a/c. i went in…read moreto get my a/c checkout. I told Kirk already, I refilled the a/c twice with freon and dye. he, kirk, charged $275 just to check it out, seems high. he told me 2 seals has to be changed and a/c will work again. compressor and other parts fine. then he charged me total $550 for just changing 2 seals and refill freon, pretty high. 2 days later no a/c. went back he said compressor went bad. You said the compressor was fine and other parts (Really in 2 days? Did not hold accountability for his mistake). walked out with no a/c and dissatisfied customer. filed dispute with credit card company. that week after I left, i got rained on twice because i had to roll down the windows, car got wet inside and almost got into a car accident since it was raining hard 1 day and I had to keep wiping the windshield to see on the road over and over and almost got into a car accident. i do not think you guys did the job, and on top of that, he did not offer to fix my compressor issue at all. Kirk, was looking for a compressor and he was not going to pay for the compressor, that's what he said. you guys are going to double charge me again when i come back.

Upon a quick glance, it was evident that this showroom screamed high-end bicycles with a small section of gently used bicycles. There were an assortment of accessories, racing gear and clothing. This location offers a bicycle repair shop at the rear. Nicely organized shop but definitely the premium level of bicycles were out of my realm as a self proclaimed novice cyclist.

It took me two days to get ahold of a human and was finally able to cancel 28 days before we were scheduled to rider but they still billed me the full amount and basically told me 'tough luck'. This is no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat a fellow rider (if they even ride). It is a shady operation that everyone needs to avoid, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well but felt it was important to warn as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
