The doctors explained every situation and listened with care as we explained the problem. I'm not going to say every single thing was perfect, but overall they treated us exceptionally and My mother continues to thrive because of their care.

The staff were prompt and I had no problem. BUT on the second visit, I was taken back into the dental chair, given a bib and some eye protection and then I was left there for over a half hour. No assistant, No dentist, No one to say "we're running a little behind", nothing but the sound of the dentist working on someone else. When I decided I'd had enough waiting with no explanation why, I walked out of the dental area passing a room with chairs and computers, and the assistant was surfing the internet, oblivious to me sitting there for over a half hour. Needless to say, I walked out of the building, and CHC never even called to see why I walked out. Obviously they don't give a crap. Dr. Ede does excellent work, but CHC needs to improve on customer care and on promptness. I will say, the ladies at the front desk are excellent!
