The location is perfectly situated because it's close to the tube stops and you can take the Uber Boat anywhere in minutes. My flat came with a washer/dryer combo (which took some getting used to) and the full kitchen setup was nice. There was plenty of closet space, storage space, and the beautiful balcony views were my fav. Housekeeping came by once a week and they were just okay. I still felt the need to have my own cleaning supplies for when things were missed but they were always friendly and respectful. I felt very safe living here, walking around the area and the one time I noticed a domestic disturbance in front of the hotel, the staff checked it out immediately. I'd highly recommend staying here whether on the hotel side or corporate housing side.

This hotel is approximately 15 minutes away from Heathrow international airport. The check in was very personable. Easy and quick. Once we arrived in our room, we were very pleased to see how clean the space is and it is very chic! It reminds me of a cute bachelor pad! The aparthotel space was enough for three people. It came with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a pull out bed and a small kitchen area that is fully equipped with utensils and refrigerator. If we wanted to, we could have cooked. This hotel has a nearby walkable grocery market which was convenient. Also, I recommend eating at the Indian restaurant within the hotel, it is called Takaa Tak. We had an amazing dinner. Worth to check out. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Use this rail to get to Paddington and central London. The surrounding area is kinda sketch compared to central London, but they've got markets with fresh vegetables and fruit down the street if you're trying to cook a quick meal in-room. I stayed here with a friend on the last week of May 2019. ROOM: Pretty compact. The photos make it look bigger, but it's fine for two people. However on our first night we found half a pizza in the fridge. Towels had stains on them and there were blonde hair strands on the bathroom floor and shower walls. The glasses had hard water residue at the bottoms and some knives hadn't been washed. INSPECT YOUR ROOM BEFORE UNPACKING. We had just arrived from a 11hr flight and were too tired to repack. We were reimbursed however. SERVICE: I have to give them credit for their customer service. They always took care of us in person and over the phone if we needed anything. Also you can check in early if you book direct at no charge. The hotel itself has a youthful vibe and fun details. I'd given it 3 stars because they could really improve on cleanliness. But convenience of location and good service was definitely worth another.

Kitchen is tiny, so no fancy cooking. But it's fine for fixing breakfasts and simple meals. There are 2 induction burners and a microwave cum oven. There's a fridge but no freezer. It's perfect if you are here on holiday, but if you are looking at it as a short stay option, it could get mildly restrictive. Location is excellent. I arrived early and was allowed to check in before checkin time... which was brilliant because I was TIRED after a 14-hour flight. The apartment was cozy! All amenities included! The neighbors were quiet (the neighborhood not so much, but I was there right around the Notting Hill Carnival.. which was mere blocks away... so the place was LOUD during that weekend). The staff was attentive and checkout was a breeze. They even offered to keep my luggage until I was ready to head to the airport (which was a 25 minute train ride away), at no charge. In short, cool little place! Inexpensive! Close to Bathwater station (just over a block away)! Oh yeah, I was also able to use the laundry room without having to pay! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star review? They had one of those great, rain-like, giant shower heads. Well, this particular shower head needed to be cleaned (lots of calcium deposits clogging the flow). But, in my book, that was nitpicking compared to how comfortable the place was.
