Adele is amazing! Her work is heartfelt and beautiful. I had a Reiki experience with a soundbath and it was so deeply healing. If you need to clear some energy, reset your soul or just deeply relax I highly recommend booking with her! She's a very kind soul with great vibes. I really enjoyed that she used a tuning fork as well. It felt like a cocoon of sound. Her space is really beautiful. I loved the plants and dim lights. Hi Adele, After taking your sound bath class on 2/21/26, I felt like something truly shifted in me. It cleared my mind and spirit-heart of spiritual blockages in a way I didn't know I also had two experiences that felt like encounters across the veil with my mother. I asked her to send me a sign that she approved of an encounter. When I pulled out of the coffee shop, huge raindrops suddenly filled my windshield for about 10 seconds -- and it was 90 degrees outside with no rain on any other cars. Then I asked her for a sign about my heart. The very next morning, a white van was parked in front of my house with the words "HEART TRANSPORT" written in very large letters. I thanked my mom, though I'm still not sure exactly what it meant. But it felt really special to feel like she was listening to me. On my way to your event he showed up and I can see his face clear as day. He asked me for forgiveness, which is something I had struggled with for a long time. He wasn't a very kind person to me. I was finally able to forgive him. Your sound bath was about connecting with our Voice, that was new to me. You had a deck of cards on your alter and you asked us if we wanted to pull a card and I did. I saw the image and i set it next to me. I didn't read the meaning until I got home. Wow! ChoZin Healing is HEALING! Adele's approach is very gentle, nuturing and spiritual. She targets and heals everything, mind, soul and body is the best way I can describe it!! During the times we are living in, I am developing more self care and healing rituals. I do not change the things I have no control over but I do have control over how I take care myself. Recently, I went to her Soundbath and Yin Yoga session. I was completely blown away. Upon waking in the Seeding Circle, I felt as if I stepped into a magical place, it was quite surreal. The energy was filled with love and spiritual healing. Adele greeted me at the door with amazing smelling incense sweeping over me, telling me welcome and please relax that I am safe here. It was incredible! The place was scented of sage and jasmine, candles lit all over, beautiful and colorful bed mats and pillows which seemed straight out of Arabia. Delicious and healthy snacks (which I could not stop eating by the way) on a round floor table next to fragrant flowers. Personal napkins, water, hand santizers and eye masks for each individual. Her Sound Bath ceremony was music and magic to my spirit, soul and ears. While playing the sound bowls, Adele explained what and why each tone was for and and how it will heal me. She, I must say, has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. Soothing, relaxing. The best word I can use is that her voice is magic. Adele is literally singing affirmations and chants. For me, her voice contained magic and healing just on its own then add the sound of the baths! Unbelievable. Then she had us do stretching. Afterwards, which was towards the end, she told us to lay down as she walked around all of us softly beating a drum and shaking a something (I am not sure of the name) which was incredibly soothing. When I had first gotten there, I was exhausted from my week and day. I thought, ok, I will check it out for 30 mins then go home. Well, after she was done with me, I did not want to leave, lol. My entire energy was different. I felt unburdened from the week, relaxed and nutured. Plus, I could barely keep my eyes open. Honestly, getting back into my car was extremely hard.
