However, when I compared the quotes, it appeared that the lower price was actually because they had removed the liability coverage from the policy--not because they had applied a genuine multi-unit discount. They had not even looked into a multi-unit discount. Very dishonest to do this to me.

After many frustrated attempts, I sent another email to Cole Harrison, and was pleasantly surprised. One provider demanded I call, after asking if I preferred email or calls. One was uhhh, not in alignment with my home, the area, or me. One took a whole week to reach out after promising to contact within a day. Anyways, Jason Tremblay got right in touch with me within the hour and we had a great policy set up within a day. His email was kind, knowledgeable, and I could tell it wasn't canned. He is responsive and easy to talk to, and does great work. Outright refused to keep me as a customer, so much for customer loyalty. I'll never recommend someone to them again.
