Once the hostess was working again she regularly brushed past customers waiting in their overfilled waiting area and glared at people in her way. I understand her frustration but that is not an excuse to glare at customers. Ambiance: The waiting area was cramped but once we were seated the tables were spaced out enough that it didn't feel congested.
