The challenge however is that when they do break down, you need to find someone who knows what they are doing to fix them because they are quite different than a traditional hot water tank. I called Super Green because I was not getting any hot water, ever and asked them for a referral to a plumber. I was amazed to find out that I could actually use their plumber and that they had experience with this type of system. The plumber showed up to our call on time and was clean and polite. He was able to fix the problem and even charged me for less time than he was there because the problem took longer to diagnose than he thought it should. This level of professionalism is awesome, I wouldn't hesitate to give Super Green a call if any of the green technology in my house dies, or if I am ready to install something new like a sky light or energy efficient lighting.

a few months back i acquired a great deal on a 100wt panel at canadian tire and needed some closing…read morehelp making all components functional. i have an off grid trailer in Saskatchewan. this past summer the mvp for maximum fun was a recreational battery charger that has AV plugins, allowing dvd movie nights etc. i was charging it at home before going out. naturally i was a little intimidated to go into a high end pro shop like Solar Super Store with my modest set up. however the end result was some of the happiest i have been all this year. Dale was welcoming and positive. i totally benefitted from his skill and knowledge. there was no judgment at my small job situation. we problem solved a few things and in less than half an hour i walked out with a system set up that should radically benefit my off grid living.
