No one should ever feel that way! Helpless! I was quite impressed with Kelly's work and he is very knowledgeable. I asked for his business card and called him to install a shower in the downstairs bathroom. He was there with his coworker (in masks for safety) a couple of weeks later and he knew exactly what I wanted and installed it. Super professional and very personable with reasonable rates. I would refer him (in a heart beat) to everyone who needs good quality plumbing!

Safe to say I wasn't going to get anything by calling bigger brand names. Come Sunday and my girlfriend finds Pitter-Patter through kijiji. We call and spoke to Shawn, who was in the middle of a job, and got a quote for $120. He called us back in an hour to let me know he was on the way, it took him about a half hour to reach and the job was done in another half hour. To say anything other than that the experience was outstanding would be a lie. Great service, great price, I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed. I will, however, do my best to avoid clogging my own toilet again.

Got them out to do initial plumbing and connection of two sinks. Over the course of the following few months got them out (2 plumbers involved) to fix leaks. Apparently, the first plumber had connected incorrectly. After four attempts to fix I gave up as it was obvious they were unable to fix and was very frustrating. When the leaks got worse I had to hire a different plumber to come out. This has now cost me an additional $200 to fix but at least it is now done correctly. Person handling emails and texts is rude and blamed me for the service. They only got one star as it would not allow me to submit without doing so!

So unfortunately our semi and trailer broke down right at this business driveway. We did take a bit…read moreof their driveway . But we made sure they still had a bit of room to get around. We got a knock on the door in the morning saying we were blocking, the drive way. We explained we love to move but broken down waiting for a tow truck. We went into the business after a few minutes to explain in detail what had happened, and to apologize for the inconvenience. They than in return allowed us to sit in there shop having coffee with the staff, and use the washroom! All the staff we counted were friendly and understanding.

One of the owners in our small condo building woke up to a unit without heat. The outside…read moretemperature was -35 and the temperature in the unit was 12 degrees. We phoned Ye Olde Plumber because they had worked in the building previously and despite being very busy due to the weather, they sent a plumber out within two hours. The plumber found frozen pipes going into the condo, adjusted the boiler so that the pipes would not burst, and thawed the pipes to restore heat to the unit. The plumber was knowledgable, very personable and averted what could have been a disastrous water leak. I was impressed by Ye Olde Plumber's prompt response and the efficiency of the plumber they sent to thaw our pipes.
