This was not acceptable to us and what we were offered was a full refund and we could take care of any accommodation booking ourselves, for 14 days, while in Maui, over Thanksgiving. Really? They continue to maintain that this was an upgraded condo, but costs 30% less than the one we booked. I stayed 2 nights, booked AT THE SAME RESORT I WAS ORIGINALLY BOOKED AT and it cost me over $2000 extra. I would never use EPIC reality again!

Cimi has continued fighting us since our cancellation request on August 10th. She has repeatedly said there are no issues in West Maui and visitors are welcome. The only issue is on Front Street. Everything will be fine by October 4th. As a Santa Barbara local we understand fire and disasters. Cimi has been horrible to "deal" with. Disputing charges through our credit card. We refuse to take resources from locals and have them serve our vacation needs.
