Christopher showed me two quotes from Citizen's and handled all the insurance issues for me. After closing on the loan, I found out from the underwriter Christopher was dealing with that no underwriter in the state of Florida would insure my house. This really seems like a breach of fiduciary that Christopher did not share this information with me before closing the loan. I was really shocked when I found out Christopher procured FAKED insurance documents from Lloyds of London to close on my loan, I hope the commission was worth it. I can speak freely about this; Christopher's paper trail confirms this and protects me from libel. Anything to catch a dollar, BUYER BEWARE! There is no recourse when people in a regulated industry break fiduciary and laws.
