I was literally speechless and left to figure out how to authenticate it. Then we had a winter weather alert for our closing and I reached out to inquire about contingency plans. Closing was set on the same day as our rate lock so it had a very real financial impact and I wanted to be proactive about any alternative options since the closing office was far from our home. They said it wasn't their problem and that was between us and the lender. When I stated their lack of contingency plans is an issue, I was told that no one can predict weather which further left me more speechless than how they sent wire instructions. I explained yes you can predict the weather and I have alerts that there was going to be severe weather and hazardous road conditions. She then rudely said I was interrupting her. They have no empathy, are rude and their lack of proper security procedures is going to leave someone out of a lot of money one day. Run away and demand your seller use another attorney. I wish I did with Lennar homes.

I placed a deposit and made payments and my bankruptcy was then filed. It is now 3 years later, I am purchasing a home and the underwriter was requesting my Bankruptcy information. Since I could not find the papers I called the Limbocker office and they were able to provide me with my records within minutes. No hold, no transfer, a ten minute phone call in the morning and by close of business the underwriter had my bankruptcy paperwork. My one regret is not contacting Limbocker earlier.

He initially told me my payment would be around $550/ month, however, by the time we filed it was almost double that... this should have been red flag 1. Red flag 2 was no one went over any of the creditors that sent in filings. I looked at the list and didn't recognize half the accounts being paid on. I was told after the fact there was nothing I could do. Covid happened and we ended up having to move and my wife had to get a different vehicle. Our rent increased $700 per month & her car payment was $400. We were somehow expected to maintain that payment. Literally no help from them. I fell behind twice as we simply don't make enough to cover bills, kids college, etc. I found out my case was dismissed, not from my attorney but from a letter from a different lawyer. Once they got their $6,000 they were no where to be found. Stay away.
