One was the short sale on my primary residence in LI. She was extremely mindful that we were occupying the home and did her best with wkly viewings so it was never overwhelming. I remember feeling this would take a really long time but she secured qualified buyers in a matter of weeks. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed at times and she took the time to be on every call to ensure things went as needed. The second time I worked with Stacy was for my rental (and childhood home) in Queens. This was complicated as both units in my two family home were occupied. Prior to bringing Stacy on board, I was working with a local realtor for a year and had no luck. Stacy made both tenants feel comfortable and they all worked well together. The home sold in a month. Stacy gave me peace of mind as she is knowledgeable and has great advice and direction when it comes to selling in many different types of situations. She intentionally misrepresented the house we were buying, and unfortunately her lies were discovered too late by us. At that time there was no turning back for us. So we were "forced" to buy the house that we would not do if she had been forthright from the beginning. She behaved like a bully when we pointed out her lies and "what can you do?!" to us in a taunting way. We were both shocked and disgusted by her dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Buyers, beware of this deceitful agent, especially if you are a foreigner that she feels she can bully and take advantage of. I have warned all my friends about this agent "Dara Crawford". Dara Crawford---WORST REALTOR EVER --Misleading and Unethical!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more Please excuse me for using that many "!" in the subject. I simply copied her way from her ads. Quoted "Low Taxes!! Great Home!! Low Low Taxes!!!!!!!!!!!" I am a buyer, and am buying a property listed by this realtor. In the listing she used the low tax as the biggest selling point to attract potential buyers and bump up the selling price. In fact, that property tax in the ad is the tax after veteran deduction. No other buyer can qualify for the deduction other than the owner himself. When I tried to contact her, she never returned my calls. Until one time we used our computer phone to call her. She finally picked up as she didn't know where the call was from. She admitted it's her mistake at the call. But she can't do anything. Well believe or not, such an "experienced" realtor would make such low level mistake and used it as the biggest selling point for the house. How can people trust such realtor to buy or sell their houses. She does not even apologized after admitting it's her mistake, not to mention the loss we had to suffer (as we had signed the contact). If I were you, I would never never never never buy or sell house through her.
