If you're into being charged "for their time"- go here. If you'd like to do your taxes and/or deal with professionals- either do your taxes yourself (online quotes- they will be more accurate!) or find a Borough representative in your borough who will do them for you for free (they do taxes for folks dependent upon how much you make a year) or you can just go to the IRS and then do your state taxes yourself. Either way- you don't get anymore money from your tax return by going to these guys. And, since it's all about customer service-why give them your tax return/hard earned money if they'll treat customers horribly? Not worth it! Save your money and pay yourself first.
