She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there.
