The first time he used the Pro Adjuster I was used to a manual adjustment and needless to say a bit sceptical....I had popped my back out and was having back spasms and in alot of pain and he adjusted me with the new system and I walked out of the office immediately relieved from the pain and after just a couple more adjustments I was free from pain and I was sold!! It is a great system and works wonders without the risk of being over adjusted manually....I just love Dr. Walton and all the staff they are great people!

The only treatment I always have had in the past yrs is a click of what looks like a clicker takes 3 mins tops and that includes entering the room and leaving So was very disappointed when I was told couldn't have the regular fee that it would almost double I cost . Seems a bit unfair that price almost doubles because the service had doors closed due to covid But I did find innisfil clinic offered to see me

The lovely officer manager Jane said I could come in right away, and I was immediately accepted as a new patient. While I was filling out the paper work, Dr. Matt was asking me questions and making me feel welcome, and to my relief told me my problem was an easy fix. Why rely on pain medicine when I can simply reduce the chronic stiffness that makes me so painful?…read moreI'd rather have a body that wants to get up and move, even if it means I have to do some work to get it. Having been through two decades of conventional physical therapy and a decade of Rolfing, I still had so much tightness in my joints that I wanted to do something other than start another round of conventional PT. I started out with a half hour mini session. I was taught three basic exercises. Even those three could take me far, but I wanted even more. What Eric does during the appointments is teach me the somatic exercises which I do on my own at home. These exercises are to be done gently and slowly. I find them so relaxing that I am yawning as I am doing them. Yoga *never* relaxed me that much! Eric also gives my elongation of muscles a boost during the one on one sessions by giving my limbs something to push against, guiding me into positions that are specific to my muscular issues. I have seen remarkable increases in mobility, and there still is room for improvement, so I am looking forward to feeling more mobile! I have significantly less muscle and joint pain, and perhaps that is also the reason my fatigue seems less. I'm sleeping better. In only a few weeks I have seen so much improvement that I'm going to stick with "Somatic" exercises, and give up on the antiquated idea of stretching muscles. ELONGATING muscles via pandiculation seems to be the way to go! Eric seems very dedicated to helping me. He's eager to cover as much as possible in each two hour session. He supplies me with a list of the exercises with photographs to help me remember how to do them at home. The nice thing is that I don't have to do everything perfectly. Actually, some variation in how the exercises are done from day to day is a good thing, in order to reach a slightly different area each time. I'm letting my body tell me when and how it wants to do the exercises and I think that's putting me back in touch with my inner pussy cat. You see, the pandiculation is how cats and other animals can stay so supple. I'm glad I found Eric and decided to give his ideas a try.
