On both the selling and buying of our homes, we had problems with the other agents. But Jackie handle ALL of that for us. There are agents out there with zero scruples and we ran into those issues, believe me. But not Jackie, her ethical standards are the highest I have ever encountered, not just in real estate, but in business. She is always honest and truthful, will shoot straight with you without being condescending. She truly works for you as your agent. Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection.
