He came out and fixed the problem for 1/2 the price of all other quotes. This HVAC guy was super cool as well and went above and beyond. When I wanted to upgrade the heater in the new house's workshop, you know who I called. Once again, he was amazing. And to think, I would have never met this dude without Jackie. On both the selling and buying of our homes, we had problems with the other agents. But Jackie handle ALL of that for us. There are agents out there with zero scruples and we ran into those issues, believe me. But not Jackie, her ethical standards are the highest I have ever encountered, not just in real estate, but in business. She is always honest and truthful, will shoot straight with you without being condescending. She truly works for you as your agent. She took the hits for us and fought for us beyond what ever could be expected. We truly love Jackie and consider her now a friend, not just our agent!!!
