She did what she wanted to do and does not care about her customers...or me at least. I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair cut (been getting it cut this way for over 20 years), no blunt cutting and to have it all chipped into and she just did what she wanted to do, insisting there are many ways to perform the technique. She got so upset, that I was questioning her techniques, that she sternly said to me..."YOU AREN'T A HAIR STYLIST" and then told me, "SHE WAS FINISHED" and then told me to leave her salon. Better Business Bureau here I come...I would not send my dog there for a trim. She thinks that just because she has been cutting hair for 34 years that she knows what is best for her customer. What a joke...it is called tangles for a reason...you leave there in tangles.

I wish my ex stylist would have just told me she didn't want to do my hair any more over the phone instead of having me come in and embarrass me? what I should of said was yes you messed up my daughters hair and that's between you and my daughter, thank you for embarrassing me in front of everyone! # very professional lol!
