A tree we purchased 10 months ago has not been doing well. It has been properly planted and cared for-even "babied" along-and still not doing well. We are not at all new to tree planting or basic knowledge, so to have this kind of issue is very very rare for us. We have inquired back with Browns 3 times now as to what we can do to help this tree make it, and have gotten zero help or answers this far. We are getting the feeling that they are just waiting for our 1 year from purchase guarantee to pass by so that they can skip their commitment. We do not necessarily want the tree to be replaced, we want their input to know to make this tree thrive better and we are not getting it. Our next tree/shrubs may be coming from someplace else. Update from initial paragraphs above... absolutely zero "customer service" for the tree, and our time ran out. We had to cut it down. $300+ in the burn pile. I very rarely give a business this kind of review, but I honestly feel that this was warranted. We played by all of their retune/customer purchase rules and guidelines, and they did nothing.

They are expert at trimming and making old plantings look new again Staff are very nice and it's a real family business. Do a great design and have their own nursery to get plants from.We had them do our original design 22 years ago , which included a really nice walkway from our patio to the gazebo. we went with a closer more local company for a couple of years and for the slighly less cost, it just didn't compare in quality of work done.After Deeter did our initial design, I tried to do it myself. Then got too old to keep up but never realized that they also do yard cleanup.Or would come as far as they do for cleanup.I can't say enough good things about Deeter Nursery and highly recommend!
