The provider came said internet is working fine. Ask who I could get to fix this tower IF that truly was the issue. He suggested Cutting Edge Computers. They evaluated my tower... decided to to replace a board... All said and done... it works great! I wish I had had them look at it sooner. Thank you Devin for your help with my computer issue.

I brought my computer in on Monday and by Tuesday he had gotten back to me informing that everything was cleaned up, and he computer is working good. He then explained to me how his computer could run even faster if I made a small investment in adding memory. (He took his time to explain the benefits of the increased memory) The computer is running faster than it ever has!! For the clean up and the additional memory the cost was still less expensive as other places I have taken my computer to just get it cleaned up. What really impressed me was Mikes willingness to explain why things are important and steps we need to take to maintain the computer.
