My hair is very fine so mistakes are hard to hide but I wanted to clean it up, remove all of the dead ends and try to give it some body. I paid $150 for a dimensional, light foiled look and walked out looking like an over-processed, kitchen box-dye disaster.1. She rushed through what should have been a highly technical, multi-hour process in exactly 3 hours, cutting every corner just to clear her chair for her 12:00 PM appointment. She completely miscalculated the toner formula, allowing it to over-deposit into a flat, muddy, solid dark color the literal opposite of the light inspiration photo I provided. To make her laziness worse, she didn't even bother to blow-dry or style it properly. I was shoved out of the door looking completely unstyled, messy, and crazy.2. THE ADVANCED BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM:I stated immediately while sitting in her chair that I hated the result and that it was entirely dark and wrong. Instead of acting like a professional and correcting her blatant technical failure on the spot, she attempted to extort me. She told me to wait a week for it to "fade" and explicitly stated she would charge me FULL PRICE A SECOND TIME just to fix the disaster she created. They intentionally trap clients into paying twice for one basic service.3. THE UNHINGED VERBAL ASSAULT BY MANAGEMENT:Today, I contacted the salon manager to resolve this professionally over the phone. I expected standard protocol: a free correction with a senior stylist or a partial refund for the ruined labor. Instead, the manager became aggressively hostile and threw a complete tantrum. She flat-out told me to "fck off," refused to help, and then completely flipped the script by accusing ME of trying to "steal her money."The absolute delusion and lack of ethics required to take $150 from a paying customer, butcher their hair, and then scream that the customer is the thief for wanting what they paid for is jaw-dropping. They are the ones pocketing money for services they are completely unqualified to perform.Do not let their social media pages fool you. They do not accept accountability, they lack basic color theory knowledge, and management is completely unprofessional.
