The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!
